Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the fragrance in its original luxury packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
